This Privacy Policy explains what data Sharp Intel(“we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We don’t sell your data. Ever.
What we collect
- Account info: email, display name, password (hashed), optional wallet address.
- Subscription info: tier, billing status (Stripe customer ID; we never see your card number).
- Usage data: pages visited, strategies followed, bets tracked, AI Concierge messages you send.
- Device data: approximate IP-based location (for geofencing), browser, OS.
- Communications: support emails, Telegram interactions with the bot.
How we use it
- Operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Bill and support your account.
- Send product emails you opted into; you can unsubscribe any time.
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g. responding to court orders).
- Train our AI systems on anonymized patterns (never your PII).
Who we share with
Service providers strictly necessary to operate: Supabase (auth + database), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (CDN), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI inference), and Telegram (messaging, opt-in only). Each is contractually bound to data-protection commitments.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Your choices
- Download all your data via /app/settings.
- Delete your account at any time; we purge personal data within 30 days.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click.
- Request correction or portability of your data.
