These Terms govern your access to and use of the Sharp Intelwebsite, software, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Services; no wagering
Sharp Intel is an analytics and information platform. We do not accept wagers, deposits, or operate a sportsbook. Any trading displayed on the platform is paper-traded by default. When you opt in to an execution integration, bets are placed using your own credentials on a third-party sportsbook or prediction market; we do not take custody of user funds.
3. Subscriptions
Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually as selected. Trials (where offered) convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are refundable pro-rata within 30 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) resell or sublicense Services without written consent; (b) scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Services; (c) use the Services for illegal activities; (d) attempt to evade geolocation or jurisdictional controls; (e) share an account across multiple users.
5. Intellectual property
All software, content, models, analytics outputs, and brand assets are owned by Sharp Intel Labs, Inc. or licensed to it. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. your bet history). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Services.
6. No investment advice
Information provided on the Services is for informational and analytical purposes only. It is not investment, financial, or legal advice. Sports wagering involves risk of financial loss. Past performance, whether live or simulated, does not guarantee future results.
7. Responsible gambling

8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharp Intel Labs, Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharp Intel Labs, Inc.’s total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and/or a prominent notice in the Services at least 14 days before they take effect.
